Kayla and Brian had their wedding at the beautiful Jack Baker’s Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Their wedding was the perfect combination of classic, timeless details, gorgeous fall foliage, and fun touches (like a Trolley). I loved Kayla’s color palette – there is just something about classic neutrals and simple white flowers that make this photographer’s heart just sing! These two were also high school sweethearts, and their complete adoration for each other showed all day long.

We started off at Kayla and Brian’s home for some gorgeous getting ready photos, and were then whisked away on a Trolley to Saint Catharine’s Church in Spring Lake. If you have ever been to Divine Park in Spring Lake, you have no doubt seen this church, as it is beside the lake and is architecturally just gorgeous! The inside absolutely matches the outside and is just breathtaking.

After their ceremony, we went over to Divine Park for some portraits. This is absolutely one of my favorite spots in the area to do photos, and the fall foliage provided just the perfect touch for Kayla and Brian’s photos. It was a bit chilly for a fall day, but the entire bridal party was up for anything and they made getting the photos a breeze!

The bridal party actually ordered a pizza to the Trolley, which I loved – and then it was off to the reception at Jack Baker’s! Guests packed the dance floor until the absolute last minute (with some very memorable moments) and then the party moved over to Leggett’s and from what I heard, it lasted all night.

Kayla and Brian made us feel like part of their family, and it was such an honor to be there with them on their big day! Seriously, this wedding was pure joy and pure love.
