McLoone's Pier House Wedding | Long Branch Wedding Photographer | Maureen & Ian Married

February 4, 2018

It was a cold one for Maureen and Ian’s November wedding. Cold as in 20 degrees. So you can imagine my amazement when the entire bridal party kicked off their shoes and went running onto the beach barefoot for their photos. I admired their commitment. They were basically a wedding photographer’s dream. In fact, Maureen and Ian’s entire day was a wedding photographer’s dream.
There were so many special touches throughout their day that it is impossible to pick favorites. I loved that Maureen chose metallic shoes to go under her dress, and I was totally obsessed with them. They matched some of the gold dipped leaves in her bouquet and complemented her color scheme so perfectly. Their ceremony was in a gorgeous church, and they had an amazing bubble exit. Maureen’s dress was to die for, and had tons of flowy fabric that was just perfect for her beach photos.
No detail was missed at their reception, and the tablescapes were meticulously put together. In honor of Maureen’s new last name, LOVE was everywhere. How can you not be jealous of such an amazing last name, though?
Maureen danced with her Dad to the song ‘Butterfly Kisses’ and took off her glasses for the butterfly kisses line that way she could give her Dad some on his cheek. I’m not crying, you’re crying (fact: I admit to crying behind my camera).
Despite some freezing temperatures, I love that Maureen and Ian had an absolutely perfect day, and it was clear to me that they were enjoying every minute of it. Thank you so much for having me on your big day!
