Nicole and Bobby are basically dream clients. Not only are they ridiculously adorable, but they also brought their dog, Cash to their engagement session. I’m pretty sure that I’ve said this about a million times before in this blog, but basically I love dogs and all animals all day every day. I knew that Nicole and Bobby wanted some fall foliage for their engagement session, so I suggested Allaire State Park. I’m super happy that I did, because we definitely found some beautiful foliage and got some gorgeous light. Not to mention, we also had some deer photobomb us! I also discovered a new area in the park that I hadn’t been to before, with a bridge and some water views – can’t go wrong with either of those things!

Fall foliage can be a little weird in New Jersey, and it’s always a bit difficult to say when the leaves will be changing. Some years it happens more towards October, and some years it can be mid November. 2017 has definitely been a year for a slower change to the seasons, and we lucked out for this session with a 70 degree day! Definitely not something that you get all the time in November, so I’m super happy that we got such a comfortable day!

Nicole had two adorable outfits for her session. Her first had a more rustic feel which I absolutely loved, and I was thrilled that she broke out a fun pink tulle skirt and heels for the second part of the session! Both outfits were such stylish and adorable choices, and they both photographed so well! I love when there are a couple different outfit options for an engagement session.

I am so looking forward to Nicole and Bobby’s October 2018 wedding at The Mill Lakeside Manor!
