Talk about immaculate vibes – Amanda and Phillip had themselves a DAY. The love for their family was woven thru this entire wedding. We were constantly laughing together, and I felt like I had known all of them for years. Taking these photos was so easy that it was suspicious. Not only are Amanda and Phillip the most lighthearted and fun to be around – but they secretly had this very couture model-energy as well that they occasionally broke out.
We got amazing weather and two beautiful fall trees, and I swear it seemed like those trees hung on just for Amanda and Phillip’s wedding because they were truly the only color left in the landscape and they were perfection!
What was the proposal like?
Philip used my sweet, adorable nephew as a decoy. It was October 27, 2024 and my nephew’s first trunk or treat at school, so my sister invited us to go. She put my nephew in his alien costume and had him “practicing” trick-or-treating in her living room. When he got to me, he had a note in his candy bag that said “Auntie you’ve been chosen – turn around” when I did Philip was on his knee. My dad, brother, brother-in-law were there and even my sister was on FaceTime from California.
