I always love me a good classic beach session! The beach is where I cut my teeth on photography so many years ago, so it’s always home and I am so comfortable doing sessions there! Despite being there so frequently, it never ceases to amaze me how different the conditions can be. We definitely had some wind for this session, but Katie and Brandon are amazing so they handled it with ease and made this set beautiful even with the challenge.

On the way home from this one I’m not even going to lie, I stopped at Kyuramen and got myself a bubble tea because there was never bubble tea on the island before, and it’s so close to the causeway – and because I have a bubble tea addiction and limited self control. But honestly it was just the icing on the cake to drive home drinking a nice Taro boba after photographing such a solid session (it’s the little things, guys).

Katie and Brandon are getting married at none other than the incredible Mill Lakeside Manor and we are going to have so much fun.
