I may be just a little bit obsessed with Marina because her energy is so good and she and Jim are down for anything! Also – can we please talk about her hat?! If more people wore hats for engagement sessions in 2022, I would not be mad about it. There’s just something about a hat – it gives more posing options, and it’s such a fun accessory to use for photos! Plus I feel like it can change your look significantly – and it’s *such* an easy thing!

Spring Lake is one of my favorite spots for engagements and sessions because it offers a ton of variety, and it’s all super close together! My engagement sessions are an hour, and I always recommend against any second location that takes more than 5-10 minutes to drive to (you don’t want to spend your whole session in a car – you want to spend it taking photos)! Spring Lake offers a beautiful park, lake, boardwalk, and beach, all within 3 minutes of each other! This makes it the optimal location for lots of different looks in a session!

I am so excited for these two to get married at The Mill in Spring Lake this year! Let’s do this!!
