Ahhhh I love this session! I am such a big advocate of really taking your engagement photography session and making it your own! I love that Becca and Dan incorporated their love of ice cream, and some of their favorite places into their photos. My general rule of thumb when it comes to doing these pictures is: more is more. There is no such thing as being ‘too much’ with your engagement photos. Do your favorite things, wear a ballgown if you want – just go for it!

Becca and Dan have such an easy way about them, and they are seriously so fun to hang out with. I appreciated that Dan told me he might be as clumsy as I am (I don’t know, Dan – that’s up for debate, but we’ll see). They were down for anything the entire time we were shooting, and chased sunset with me right over to the beach. We even had some onlookers in a car cheering us on as they ate their ice cream.

This session was such a win and I can’t wait for these two to get married at The Mainland this January!
