I love Julia and Mike! This Asbury Park boardwalk and beach engagement session was so fun to shoot – and I love that we incorporated some of their favorite things (namely ice pops and champagne, which also happen to be some of my favorite things if we’re being honest).

I always love shooting in Asbury Park because there are so many options! From the colorful murals, to the boardwalk with twinkle lights and fun store fronts, to the convention hall with it’s iconic teal doors, and beach with easily accessible jetties. There are also so many amazing and well known locations to use for photos (the Wonder Bar and the Stone Pony just to name a few). It’s really just a win, win, win.

I might add that the eating is darn good in Asbury as well, so anytime I do a session there I always have to visit a new restaurant. There are so many hidden gems and all kinds of amazing cuisine.

Julia and Mike are getting married this year at The Oyster Point Hotel, and I already know that it’s going to be a heckuva party!
