Kelly and Joe’s nautical chic wedding at Long Beach Island’s gorgeous Brant Beach Yacht Club was a favorite of mine this year! I loved Kelly’s unexpected pops of color, her custom watercolored invitations, and also her love of White Claw (it must be a Kelly thing).

I am always such a fan of yacht club weddings (not only because I love boats) but because the spaces always have so much personality. You can pretty much count on beautiful views of the water and a nice beach space to do some portraits any time you are at a yacht club, and Brant Beach did not disappoint. We perfectly timed everything to squeeze in not only some earlier beach photos – but some portraits out in the golden light a bit later on as well. Becky Arra, the organizer was instrumental in making this happen for the couple and I can’t thank her enough!

The party was rocking later on, and the dance floor was literally packed all night with some of the smoothest dance moves I’ve seen in a while. A giant thank you to Kelly and Joe for doing me the honor of allowing me to photography this gorgeous day for them! It could not have been more perfect.
