TCNJ Engagement Session | Trenton Engagement Photographer | Meghan & Matt Engaged

May 29, 2018

I am so in love with this TCNJ engagement session, and I can’t wait to share it with you! I have gotten just a bit behind with blogging, so I definitely feel like this session is a great one to catch up with!
I had never been to The College of New Jersey before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have to admit, that being on a college campus gave me just a bit of nostalgia. As a former political science major (I graduated from Stockton, but also attended Montclair State University for a blink) being back on the quad definitely made me feel young again. I know – you’re probably wondering how a political science degree led me to a career in wedding photography, but that’s a different post!
Either way – I was thrilled when I saw Meghan and Matt, and they looked absolutely amazing! I loved Meghan’s chic summer dress and nude heels. Such a classic look! It fit in perfectly with he gorgeous grounds of TCNJ. I am always so thankful for my clients introducing me to new and beautiful places to do their sessions in. I love seeing new things, and being challenged by places I have never been to before. There was no shortage of perfect locations for photos on campus! As an added bonus, it was still spring, so there were plenty of flowering trees for us to use, as well. I even had my assistant Lauren shaking a couple to get us the ‘falling petals’ look!
I loved that this campus was special to Megan and Matt, and it was so fun to be able to include it in their engagement photos. I cannot wait for these two to tie the knot at The Mill Lakeside Manor in 2019!
