Shelby and Sean’s wedding at Sterling Ballroom was so beautiful! I was thrilled for them because their big day narrowly missed a significant snowstorm by around two days fortunately late March snow doesn’t stick around long in New Jersey so it didn’t impact their wedding, but wow was it a nail-biter!

Shelby and her Mom Shirlene are so talented and amazing at small details and handmade goods, so I knew that every detail of this day was going to be perfect. There were baseball themed details throughout their wedding, perfect curated to reflect both Shelby and Sean’s personalities. Not a single opportunity was missed (there were even baseballs in the bouquets and boutonnieres)! Right down to the peanuts accenting their ceremony decor, all of the accents were perfect.

We headed over to Convention Hall in Asbury Park for first look photos, and then Shelby was surprised with a marquee just for her and Sean at the iconic Stone Pony. We even got to go inside and do some photos with their guitar wall and on the stage. After that, we hung out in Asbury and got some photos with the beautiful murals. It was chilly and I was so happy that the bridal party pushed through to get some gorgeous images with me!

After the ceremony – the party was on! Shelby and Sean were listening to a killer playlist all day long, and it only got better at their reception. Let’s face it – I love ’90s music and the Spice Girls, so any time I get to hear Wannabe at a reception, I am all in.
