Gill and Pat?! Ahh I love you two!! You have such good energy, are so much fun to be around, don’t take yourselves too seriously – and Pat is a wordsmith, let me tell you! I had so much fun at your wedding with both of you and your families.

It was a windy one outside, but Gill came into this day ready for everything. We managed to do what we needed to inside in order to try to save hair (and let’s be real, not freeze everyone to death) and then Gill and Pat ventured outside for some portraits in the garden and on the look out.

Fortunately for me, The Mill has so many beautiful indoor options for portraits that I never worry about what will happen if there is inclement weather!

What was the proposal like?

Pat proposed to me on the beach in Lavallette NJ August 26, 2023. My family has had a shore house there since 1978 so he knows how special that location is to me. I was completely surprised even though ALL of the signs were there a week leading up to the day. He had two of our best friends in on the surprise and then we had a surprise engagement party that night. Truly pure bliss and one of my happiest most treasured memories.
