Kelly and Pat – where do I even begin?! From the second I met the two of you I just knew we were going to have ourselves a DAY when your wedding came. Kelly’s attitude and smile are just infectious and you can’t help but have a good time when you are around her and Pat. It helped that she had also selected an incredible team of vendors (big shout outs to Flagship Studios and Captain Eric and the Shipwrecks) because it’s always such a fun day when I get to work with my friends!
The couple met at Leggetts, so we stopped there quickly for a photo op after church on our way to Clark’s Landing, where we got the most gorgeous light on the dock!
I’ll let Kelly tell you about how they met in her own words:
“After meeting at Leggetts through mutual friends (thanks Kemps) we spent our first two years of knowing each other as friends. Everything changed in the summer of 2018. Pat was working at Leggetts and I was frequently spending my weekends there with friends. I spent the first month of summer shamelessly flirting with Pat while he was working. And finally one night in June I got sick of waiting for him to make a move and with a little bit of liquid courage and a cute outfit I said, “Pat I’m wearing a crop top. Are you ever going to kiss me?” And Pat did exactly that! So thanks to a crop top and Leggetts we’re getting married!”
