When I was putting together the photos for this Long Beach Island engagement session’s blog post – I almost forgot that it was November when they were taken! Kelly and Joe did such a good job of making these photos look warm, that I barely even remembered that their session was on the beach at Barnegat Light in some chilly temperatures. I’m not going to lie, I love meeting other people with the same name as me. So when I met Kelly (and Joe) we hit it off instantly and I felt like I had known these two for years. They are so funny, chill to hang out with, and also super photogenic, might I add.

I absolutely loved Kelly’s blue floral dress – it was the perfect complement to the sand and greenery that Barnegat Light was showing off the day of this session (and Joe’s light blue shirt). She was the perfect pop of color, and I love everything about these photos. We had such a good time wandering around the park (we had it to ourselves except for a couple of fishermen) and I am already looking forward to their wedding!
